Position Description

Citizens Bank of Mukwonago offers great benefits, a friendly, professional work environment, and opportunities to advance your career. We are currently seeking a Loan Servicing Representative to join our Lending Operations team in Waukesha.

HOURS:
Weeks 1-4 or 5: Monday – Friday 8am-2pm
Rotating every 4 to 5 weeks: Monday – Thursday 8am-2pm with one day off, Friday 12pm-6pm, Sat 8am-Noon

DUTIES:
• Responsible for the daily audit of new and renewal commercial loan
• Responsible for periodic input of consumer and commercial loans
• Process payments
• Loan Settlement
• File Maintenance
• Answer telephones
• Other duties as assigned by the bank

REQUIREMENTS:
• High school diploma or general education degree (GED) required
• One to three months related experience and/or training required
• Experience with Jack Henry required
• Accuracy is required
• Basic understanding of bank policies and procedures
• Ability to prioritize workflow and projects
• Ability to multitask
• Great organizational skills
• Strong attention to detail
• Strong analytical skills
