Loan Documents Specialist

As a loan documentation specialist, you are responsible for performing a variety of loan documentation duties on moderately complex loans, and applying knowledge of policies and procedures for loan products. Job duties include assistance in processing, closing and compliance for loan products, interpreting policies pursuant to provided guidelines while analyzing applicant, property and documentation, and ordering all required verifications, documentation and subsequent follow ups. Requirements: A year or more of experience in the mortgage industry is required, along with advanced Excel skills. Strong written and oral communication skills are also necessary.
