In the role of Accountant Senior you will be working in our Finance and Administration Department. Purpose To perform functions that ensure the Controller's Office is successful in meeting the ongoing financial compliance needs of MCW by providing timely and accurate deliverables and oversight related to tax, tax-exempt debt, internal controls, audit and related regulatory guidance, while seeking and achieving continuous enhancement of financial compliance services, systems, processes and work product. Primary Functions Collaborate with the Financial Compliance Coordinator, the Financial Operations team, and the Treasury team within the Controller's Office to: Assist with various department projects including implementation of significant new accounting guidance, ad hoc analytics and reporting, surveys, audit, and other tasks as identified.
