Ridgestone Bank was founded in 1995 as a regional bank serving Southeastern Wisconsin. With the opening of a Schaumburg, Illinois office in the Chicago Market area, it now serves a much broader market. In addition, the bank is currently making inroads in establishing a national presence in speciality lending.

New senior management, in place since an ownership change in September 2006, has recruited a team with expertise that has enhanced the capabilities of the existing staff. The team's goal is to provide Ridgestone clients with the experience, knowledge and passion to turn their financial dreams into reality.

Ridgestone Bank's ownership structure includes a small but diverse group of investors. Two of the investors also have strategic relationships with the bank. These strategic relationships include Bridge Finance Group, which provides experience in finance and customized loan structures, and The Ziegler Companies, Inc., which offer expertise in investment banking, asset management and retail investments.
